The aim of this package is to make your life as simple as possible, save you as much money as possible, whilst keeping your fees down on monthly fixed fee with no extra charges.
As we enjoy working with a number of freelancers, we have the systems and processes in place to offer the best quality of service to you, as comprehensively as possible, at as cheap a price as possible – that is what we call ‘best value for money’.
On a regular basis we will:
- Prepare your VAT return on a quarterly basis (if you’re not VAT
- registered, we need to have a chat about this)
- Do your book-keeping
- Supply the templates and logs you need to keep compliant
- Report back your VAT bill and projected tax bill for the year
- Do your monthly payroll
- Use our office as your registered office
- Do your company secretarial duties, such as dividend vouchers, board minutes, Annual Returns
- Prepare your statutory and abbreviated accounts at the year end
- Deal with and file your company’s Corporation Tax Return
- Prepare and submit your Self-Assessment Tax Return
- Free income certifications for borrowing requests from your bank etc., which many firms will charge seperately for
- Free completion of any National Statistics forms you may receive from time to time
